If I run an Auction,
do I have to give the winner the business?
Absolutely not. You DO need to communicate in the auction
details that you reserve the right to choose any bidder. No
event is legally binding for the buyer.
Can I repeat training
sessions?
As often as you like, as long as you paid for the first
time.
How often are training
sessions?
Check the calendar, generally every two weeks for the most
common sessions.
What does full service
mean?
It means we guide you with most of the steps of executing
a negotiation event. It does not mean that we do the event
for you. That would fall under our Outsourced Procurement
product, which is quoted by the item.
Is my data secure?
We use multiple layers of firewall security and keep your
data in a secure database at one of the world’s highest
security data centers. Email us at tech@cat-one.com

Is my data backed up?
Daily.
Do you operate redundant
systems?
Yes, virtually all of our platform operates on mirrored
servers, should one crash, the other takes over.
Can I buy your services
with a purchase order?
Yes, simply call or email a Category One Team member and they
will help you navigate the order entry process - sales@cat-one.com
What is your refund
policy?
We want you to use the platform again and again. If you
have a bad experience and it is clear that we dropped the
ball, we will generally credit you with an additional event.
If you execute an event and the results are unexpected due
to a sudden market shift or unclear specifications, we may
not refund all of your fees. Ultimately, we want you back
and will work hard to help you succeed.
